AI Strategist (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

WONWON is looking for an AI Strategist to lead long‑term AI‑enabled transformation programs for retail and consumer brands across Latin America. You will own the end‑to‑end engagement, from discovery and business case development to delivery oversight and impact measurement, working remotely with senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Run multi‑phase AI programs rather than single‑point solutions, ensuring continuous value delivery and expansion.
• Benchmark client performance across experience, marketing, forecasting and inventory, and identify high‑impact opportunities.
• Develop detailed business cases that quantify expected moves, costs, and success metrics.
• Provide precise specifications for engineers and analysts, guide concurrent project delivery, and ensure adoption after launch.
• Maintain client trust and margin while managing several accounts simultaneously without defaulting to the AI Practices Lead for discovery.

Required profile

• Startup experience (building or operating) with comfort creating playbooks and managing U.S. client relationships remotely.
• Client‑facing seniority, able to lead executive conversations and steer discussions back to business problems.
• Deep AI expertise, having built AI‑enabled tools, products, or workflows and able to demo an applied AI case study.
• Strong analytical fluency to reason about agent systems, data connections, backend architectures and APIs.
