AI Trainer – Audio Speech Recognition (Central Aymara)

About the role

We are looking for language professionals to listen to audio clips, understand spoken conversations, and accurately transcribe speech in Central Aymara. Your work will help improve AI-powered speech recognition systems.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to audio recordings and transcribe spoken Central Aymara into written text.
• Maintain original meaning, spelling, grammar, punctuation and formatting.
• Identify and correct missing words, misheard phrases and transcription errors.
• Handle unclear speech, background noise and challenging audio using prescribed procedures.
• Follow project‑specific transcription guidelines to ensure consistency and high quality.

Required profile

• Native or fluent proficiency in Central Aymara and English.
• Strong listening comprehension and ability to understand spoken language accurately.
• Excellent written language skills, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Strong concentration and attention to detail when reviewing audio recordings.

Required skills

• Experience in audio transcription, speech recognition, data annotation, translation, linguistic evaluation or quality assurance is an advantage.
• Ability to recognize different speech patterns, accents, pronunciation variations and natural conversational expressions.
