Senior Workday HCM Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to own ongoing Workday configuration, enhancements, and annual HR events. You will work directly with HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own ongoing Workday configuration and enhancements across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Support annual HR events such as merit cycles and open enrollment.
• Gather requirements from HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into Workday configuration.
• Train cross‑functional teams on Workday, explaining technical concepts in plain language.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience working with Workday HCM.
• Strong experience with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer and custom dashboards.
• Experience with Workday security administration and business process configuration.
• Experience with Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
