Talent Acquisition Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to serve as the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. In this remote position you will conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate profiles, and guide applicants through the hiring process while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review online candidate information to assess overall fit.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send calendar invites, and maintain up‑to‑date records in the recruitment system.
• Conduct first‑round interviews to validate experience, interests, commitment, and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfort interacting with candidates from multiple countries in both their native language and English.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
