Senior Data Platform Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for a Senior Data Platform Engineer to join its talent network and work on U.S. client projects. The role is fully remote for candidates located in Latin America and focuses on building, automating, and operating Databricks‑based data platforms on AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise Databricks clusters, jobs, and Unity Catalog in enterprise environments.
• Automate infrastructure and platform provisioning using Terraform and REST APIs.
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions across multiple repositories.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and observability for cloud and data services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering or DevOps.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience with Databricks on AWS and Terraform for IaC.
• Strong background in Python, SQL and Apache Spark.
