AI Machine Learning Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project‑based development work as an AI Machine Learning Engineer. You will integrate directly into the client’s team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimize and deploy AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as LangChain.
• Design, build and maintain scalable, reliable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Implement retrieval‑augmented generation techniques and manage vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone or Weaviate.
• Document workflows, architectural decisions and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for production‑grade AI systems.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience with large language models, prompt engineering and generative AI trends.
• Hands‑on experience with RAG techniques, vector databases and cloud‑based AI deployment.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and be authorized to work in the posting country without visa sponsorship.
