Sales Development Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

RemoFirst is looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities for its global HR platform. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, helping them understand how RemoFirst simplifies hiring, compliance, payroll, and benefits across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect target accounts expanding internationally using Apollo and other research tools.
• Conduct outbound outreach in English and Spanish via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure prospects receive proper briefing.
• Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot and report on progress against targets.
• Collaborate with the Outbound Manager and Account Executives to refine messaging and improve the outbound process.
• Follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing and partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Sales Development or similar role within the software industry.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (9 AM‑5 PM).
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a remote, multi‑time‑zone work environment.
