About the role

The Ward Law Group is seeking a dedicated Reductions & Closing Specialist to support plaintiff personal injury cases. Working remotely, you will play a key role in negotiating medical bills, provider balances, and liens, helping injured clients achieve fair settlements.

Key responsibilities

Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens on behalf of clients.
Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reductions matters.
Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.
Prepare closing statements and related case documentation.

Required profile

Fluent in English and Spanish.
Minimum 2 years recent experience in personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation.
Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities.
Background working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm; Litify experience preferred.
