About the role

We are looking for a remote Plaintiff Personal Injury Reductions & Closing Specialist to join The Ward Law Group. In this role you will help injured clients by negotiating medical bills, provider balances and liens, and preparing final case documentation.

Key responsibilities

Negotiate medical bills, provider balances and liens on behalf of plaintiffs.
Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals and collection entities regarding reduction matters.
Maintain accurate case documentation in the Litify platform.
Prepare closing statements and related documentation to support case resolution.

Required profile

Fluent in English and Spanish.
At least 2 years recent experience in personal injury reductions, lien negotiation or medical‑bill negotiation.
Proven experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities.
Background working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm; Litify experience preferred.

Required skills

Litify case‑management software.
