Legalisations Coordinator

About the role

The Legalisations Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end legalisation process for client documents at BiCortex, a global language and translation agency. This freelance position involves handling client inquiries, providing accurate quotes, and acting as the main liaison between clients and partner agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and provide clear quotations for document legalisation services.
• Oversee the processing of document legalisation, ensuring compliance with each destination’s requirements.
• Research and verify specific legalisation requirements for various document types.
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle feedback or complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate daily project activities, request status updates, and keep all parties informed.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks and support the wider BiCortex team as needed.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage records efficiently.
• Proactive, outgoing attitude and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• University graduate (any discipline) is preferred.
• Additional language skills and prior project‑management experience are a plus.
