Customer Support Specialist – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a dependable, client‑focused Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, empathetic, and timely assistance across chat, email, and ticketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client support during assigned CST business‑hour shifts via chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• Manage support tickets, follow help‑desk workflows, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, guide users on features, and conduct client training and onboarding sessions.
• Participate in weekly support meetings and collaborate across time zones with product, engineering, and support teams.
• Escalate complex technical issues to engineering with detailed documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client support, technical support, or client success, preferably in SaaS.
• Hands‑on experience with live‑chat and phone support channels.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with strong attention to tone and clarity.
• Dedicated home office, high‑speed stable internet, and backup power/internet solutions.

Required skills

• Help Desk & Ticketing Systems (direct ticket handling experience).
• CRM platforms and modern communication tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and AI‑assisted tools.
