Analista de Inteligencia de Negocios (Business Intelligence)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who is passionate about turning data into strategic information that drives decision‑making across the organization. You will work closely with management and various departments to develop analyses, indicators, dashboards, and reports that support commercial strategies, projects, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Transform large volumes of raw data into actionable analyses, KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
• Design, develop, and automate ETL processes to ensure data quality and availability.
• Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to understand reporting needs and deliver insights.
• Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions, ensuring scalability for growing data sets.
• Support the creation of data models that underpin business intelligence solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate data analysis, preferably in service‑oriented companies.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems using data.
• Proactive attitude, continuous learning, excellent communication, teamwork, and high confidentiality.
