AI-ML Engineer

About the role

The AI-ML Engineer will design, build, and productionize machine learning and generative AI solutions, ensuring they run reliably at scale. You will collaborate closely with data engineers and follow established MLOps and cloud standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML and Generative AI models into production systems using APIs, micro‑services, or batch pipelines.
• Implement LLM‑based systems such as Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, embeddings, evaluation, and prompt optimization.
• Optimize performance, latency, cost, and reliability of AI services and maintain monitoring, logging, and retraining workflows.
• Troubleshoot model, data, and infrastructure issues in partnership with data engineering teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years experience with large language models and NLP frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
• At least 3 + years developing API/micro‑service solutions in Java.Net or JavaScript.
• 3 + years working with generative AI tools (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) and Python development.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities, with a collaborative team mindset.
