Full‑stack Python AI Engineer – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Full‑stack Python AI Engineer to own end‑to‑end features of an enterprise AI assistant used by thousands of employees. The position is fully remote and combines backend development with regular frontend work.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and supporting API services.
• Build and update frontend interfaces within an established design system.
• Validate agent behavior using comprehensive evaluation sets.
• Balance work across the stack with an approximate 70/30 backend‑to‑frontend split.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python (8+ years for lead‑level scope).
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience working with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours and advanced English proficiency.
