Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

Toptal is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its dynamic Sourcing team. You will work remotely, collaborating with stakeholders to design and execute a strategic sourcing approach that attracts top technical experts and ensures an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine a rigorous sourcing strategy to identify high‑quality software development talent worldwide.
• Identify, reach out to, and engage relevant professionals, building a stable pipeline of candidates.
• Partner with the Matching and Screening teams to prioritize sourcing needs and align efforts.
• Monitor pipeline health, meet KPIs, and create process playbooks with the Talent Acquisition Lead.
• Leverage Toptal’s proprietary sourcing tools to accelerate candidate discovery.
• Onboard, undergo role‑specific training, and continuously test and improve sourcing tactics based on data.

Required profile

• Proven track record recruiting technical talent at a high level.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Fluent English communication; no visa sponsorship offered.
