Strategic Leader – Global Investor Operations

About the role

This senior position leads a strategically important global investor operations and servicing function for a leading financial services organization. The role works closely with executive leadership to drive growth, strengthen operating capabilities, and build a high‑performing leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for a large‑scale global investor operations function.
• Lead multi‑location teams, build scalable operating models, and drive process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic priorities, governance, performance management, and service delivery frameworks.
• Own senior relationships with strategic clients, oversee complex onboarding, transitions, and manage escalations.
• Oversee investor onboarding, due diligence, account maintenance, transaction processing, and ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
• Strengthen operational controls, risk management, and compliance in partnership with Legal, Risk, and Audit.
• Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing leadership teams, drive succession planning and capability building.
• Champion digital transformation and modernization of global operations.

Required profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in global investor services or operations.
• Proven ability to design and implement large‑scale operating models and transformation programs.
• Strong track record of managing strategic client relationships and senior‑level escalations.
• Deep understanding of risk, governance, compliance, and audit processes in financial services.
• Demonstrated talent development and people‑leadership capabilities.
