Strategic Leader – Global Investor Services

About the role

This senior position leads a strategically important global investor operations and servicing function for a leading financial services organization. The role works closely with senior leadership to drive growth, strengthen operating capabilities, and build a high‑performing leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for a large‑scale global investor operations function.
• Lead multi‑location teams across service lines, building scalable operating models and infrastructure.
• Drive transformation initiatives including process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic priorities and organizational growth.
• Act as senior relationship owner for strategic clients, overseeing onboarding, transitions, and complex operational changes.
• Oversee investor onboarding, due diligence, account maintenance, transaction processing, and related operational activities.
• Establish governance, performance management, quality assurance, and control frameworks.
• Strengthen operational controls, risk management, and compliance in partnership with Legal, Risk, and Audit teams.
• Build, mentor, and develop high‑performing leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Champion digital transformation and modernization of global operations.

Required profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in global investor services or financial operations.
• Proven ability to define and execute large‑scale strategies and lead transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of building trusted client relationships.
• Deep understanding of risk, governance, and compliance frameworks in a financial services context.
• Demonstrated talent development and people‑leadership capabilities.
