Remote Appointment Setter – High Ticket Services

About the role

We are looking for a remote Appointment Setter to join GrowthEn Growth’s high‑ticket sales team. You will act as the bridge between our high‑end aesthetic and wellness brands and potential clients, qualifying leads and scheduling qualified discovery calls for our closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting through Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook.
• Engage prospects with scripted messaging, build trust, and assess their pain points, budget and fit.
• Qualify leads according to our “real qualification” criteria and book high‑impact appointments.
• Maintain accurate records in the provided CRM and update sales‑funnel dashboards.
• Collaborate with the support team for role‑plays, feedback and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑ticket sales or appointment setting for premium services.
• Strong written communication and ability to use voice messages strategically.
• Resilient, disciplined follow‑up habits and results‑oriented mindset.
• Comfort with basic sales psychology and consultative questioning.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Notion.
• Ability to work with Google Sheets.
• Experience using a CRM platform (any).
