Property Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Property Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding of new short‑term rental properties into our portfolio. You will coordinate with owners, vendors, cleaners and internal teams to ensure each property is fully prepared and operational before it goes live on major booking platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new properties, from data collection to launch.
• Collect and organize property information, documents, photos, access details and inventory lists.
• Set up and maintain listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels.
• Configure properties in the PMS/channel manager, ensuring accurate rates, availability, fees and policies.
• Coordinate photography, cleaning, maintenance, inspections and property setup.
• Create and verify listings, descriptions, amenities, house rules and check‑in instructions.
• Work with owners and vendors to resolve onboarding issues and meet launch deadlines.
• Conduct quality‑control checks before properties go live and maintain onboarding trackers.
• Identify missing information or potential operational issues and proactively address them.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in property management, short‑term rentals, hospitality or operations.
• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel‑management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify or Hospitable (preferred).
• Strong organizational and project‑coordination abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
