French‑Speaking Short‑Term Rental Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Short‑Term Rental (STR) Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our international rental portfolio. The role involves guest communication, reservation management, and coordination with cleaning and maintenance teams, all performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests in French and English via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and other platforms.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issues throughout their stay.
• Manage reservations, availability, check‑ins, check‑outs and guest information.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and other property‑related services.
• Monitor guest reviews and maintain high satisfaction standards.
• Update listings, pricing and availability; ensure calendar accuracy across channels.
• Escalate urgent issues and provide regular operational updates.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, hospitality or property management.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and flexible hours.

Required skills

• Experience with PMS/channel management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully or Hospitable.
• Knowledge of pricing tools like PriceLabs.
• Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace and task‑management platforms.
