Matching Operations Coordinator

About the role

Toptal is seeking a Matching Operations Coordinator to serve as the main communication bridge between talent hired on client engagements and internal stakeholders. This fully remote position focuses on maintaining smooth information flow, supporting talent throughout project lifecycles, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for talent and internal teams, managing communication via Slack, Zoom, and email.
• Follow up with talent to track project status, identify up‑sell/cross‑sell opportunities, and proactively prevent disputes.
• Execute administrative tasks linked to assigned accounts to guarantee seamless operations.
• Maintain and update process guidelines for easy team access.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and support ad‑hoc strategic projects.

Required profile

• Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence in managing multiple communication channels independently.
