About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its Executive Search team. This remote position focuses on sourcing and securing senior‑level leadership talent for the company and its clients, helping build high‑performing teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted search strategies for executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Lead salary negotiations and manage the full offer process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Develop and leverage professional networks to source high‑caliber talent.
• Research market trends to continuously improve acquisition strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand specific hiring needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proven experience recruiting for the US market.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and analytical abilities.
