About the role

Join BairesDev’s Executive Search team as a remote Executive Recruiter. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting senior leadership talent for both internal positions and client organizations, helping to build high‑impact teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to locate executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage placement processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks to source qualified talent.
• Stay current on market trends to refine recruitment approaches.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to assess candidate fit effectively.
