About the role

We are looking for a proactive Shift Manager to lead the store team during the evening shift. You will ensure smooth store operations, maintain quality standards, and support the store manager with administrative tasks. The role is based onsite at our Bolivian store and offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate team members and assign tasks based on priorities to maximize productivity.
• Oversee store operations from 4 PM to 12 AM, ensuring compliance with company processes and policies.
• Maintain high quality standards throughout the shift.
• Assist the store manager with inventory management and basic human‑resources activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading work teams in a retail or similar environment.
• Availability to work the 4 PM‑12 AM shift with a rotating day off.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage resources efficiently under time constraints.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
