HR Manager – Lead Human Capital Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a senior HR Manager to shape and execute a comprehensive human capital strategy for a leading company in Mendoza/San Luis. The role will drive workforce planning, employee development, and organizational transformation while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement an integrated human capital strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead labor relations, collective bargaining, and organizational climate initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key HR performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee personnel administration, payroll processing, and talent development.
• Design and manage a modern, competitive benefits program.
• Plan and execute the annual training agenda, including customer service, operational procedures, safety, and middle‑management development.
• Supervise disciplinary processes, mediate internal conflicts, and enforce punctuality, respect, and product‑care standards.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on labor matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Willingness to work onsite and relocate to the Mendoza or San Luis province.
• Minimum education: secondary school completion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP HR modules.
