About the role

The Agency Manager will lead a bank branch, ensuring that security policies, regulatory standards, and operational procedures are fully complied with. The role combines staff leadership, asset protection, and business development to meet regional and national strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Close the agency when required, guaranteeing adherence to security policies and regulations.
• Safeguard agency assets and oversee the security team.
• Supervise and control agency personnel, ensuring they follow instructions from regional and national offices.
• Manage administrative expenses, internal and external compliance, and the agency’s credit and collection processes.
• Drive acquisition and placement activities to meet regional targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, deepen client relationships, and promote cross‑selling of financial services.
• Prepare credit proposals for regional credit committees and monitor portfolio delinquency.
• Report performance metrics and strategic plans to regional management.
• Ensure compliance with legal directives, internal regulations, and risk‑control frameworks (LGI/FT, FRADM).
• Oversee talent management systems, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or related economic‑financial fields.
• Post‑graduate diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Project Preparation/Evaluation, or similar.
• Knowledge of basic, intermediate and cost accounting, finance, ASFI regulations, and the Commercial Code.
