About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s digital community. The role involves daily publishing, active engagement, and timely response to build trust and a positive brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and manage daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Respond promptly to user messages, comments, and inquiries, fostering empathetic and organized interaction.
• Moderate the digital community, handling sensitive situations, complaints, or reputation crises according to established protocols.
• Conduct social listening to capture audience feedback, perceptions, needs, and trends, and report actionable insights.
• Escalate commercial opportunities, incidents, or issues identified on social channels to the appropriate internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising or related field; postgraduate studies in Marketing are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in community management or social media handling.
• Experience in digital customer service via chat, WhatsApp, or social platforms.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of interactions (messages, comments, complaints).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn.
• Operational use of Meta Business Suite or similar social media management tools.
• Basic interpretation of engagement metrics.
