Email and SMS Marketing – Sports Sales Coordinator

About the role

Community Sports Partners seeks a remote professional to combine email and SMS marketing expertise with sales follow‑through and coordination of pickup games. The role links campaign creation, customer conversations, and smooth game operations to drive bookings and repeat participation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send email and SMS campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games and registration offers.
• Maintain accurate inventory of locations, dates, time slots and pricing; respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and follow up through booking and payment.
• Create and update game listings, monitor registrations, manage player communications and coordinate with local hosts.
• Track campaign performance, delivery metrics and booking outcomes; report on revenue, engagement and repeat participation.

Required profile

• Practical experience building email campaigns and SMS automations.
• Strong written and spoken English for North‑American customer interactions.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage schedules, pricing and multiple deadlines.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends on Toronto/Eastern time.

Required skills

• Experience with email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Proficiency with a CRM system.
• Comfort using spreadsheets and reporting tools to analyse conversions and bookings.

What we offer

• Remote work from anywhere in Latin America.
• Base salary US$800‑US$1,000 per month plus variable commissions of US$500‑US$1,000.
• Total expected earnings US$1,300‑US$2,000 per month.
• Evening and weekend schedule aligned with peak customer activity.
