About the role

The Regional Delegate for Tarija will support ABPMP Bolivia Chapter in coordinating and promoting association activities across the region. This hybrid internship combines on‑site work in Tarija with remote tasks, offering exposure to business process management, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and assist with regional events, workshops, and meetings.
• Maintain communication with partners, educational institutions, and allied companies.
• Prepare reports, track regional projects, and update social‑media and communication channels.
• Support the planning and execution of large‑scale events and process‑analysis activities.

Required profile

• Motivation to learn about business process management, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, comfortable speaking in public.
• Good personal organisation, time‑management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude.
• Studies in administration, engineering, information systems, economics or related fields (final‑year student or graduate) and intermediate English level are valued.
