Email and SMS Marketing – Sports Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive professional to combine email and SMS marketing expertise with sales follow‑through and day‑to‑day coordination for our sports and recreation facilities. The role links campaign creation, customer conversations, and smooth pickup‑game operations to drive bookings and repeat participation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send email and SMS campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games, registrations and offers; segment audiences by location, sport, interest and booking history.
• Maintain accurate inventory of locations, dates, time slots and pricing; respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and manage the sales pipeline through booking and payment confirmation.
• Create and maintain game listings, monitor registrations, coordinate with local hosts, handle player questions, waitlists and attendance tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance, delivery metrics, consent records and report qualified enquiries, paid bookings and revenue alongside engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Practical experience building email campaigns and SMS automations.
• Strong written and spoken English for North‑American customer conversations.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage schedules, prices and competing deadlines.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends on Toronto/Eastern time.

Required skills

• Experience with email/SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Proficiency with a CRM system.
• Comfort using spreadsheets and reporting tools to analyse conversion, bookings and campaign performance.

What we offer

• Remote work from anywhere in Latin America.
• Monthly base salary of US$800–US$1,000 plus variable commissions of US$500–US$1,000, for a total expected earnings of US$1,300–US$2,000.
• Evening and weekend shifts aligned with Toronto/Eastern time, with schedule agreed before hiring.
