Closing Coordinator (Mortgage & Real Estate Lending)

About the role

Revere Capital is looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Closing Coordinator to join its Operations team. You will manage loan transactions from underwriting approval through closing, funding, and post‑closing delivery, ensuring every deal closes accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate approved loan files from underwriting approval through closing, funding, and post‑closing activities.
• Prepare loan files, verify underwriting conditions, schedule closings, and manage timelines to meet funding deadlines.
• Oversee document preparation, execution, notarization, and return of signed closing documents.
• Collaborate with warehouse lenders, capital partners, title companies, escrow officers, attorneys, insurance providers, and internal accounting to ensure accurate disbursement of loan proceeds.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, providing timely updates and resolving title, escrow, documentation, and funding issues.
• Handle post‑closing documentation, collateral delivery, loan boarding, and ensure files are complete, compliant, and audit‑ready.
