Cashier (Cajero) – La Paz & El Alto

About the role

Join BNB’s talent pool as a cashier (cajero) and start a banking career in the La Paz and El Alto region. You will provide friendly, high‑quality service to customers performing financial transactions at our branches.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial transactions, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
• Safeguard and manage the cash material assigned to you, following all defined parameters, processes, and procedures.
• Verify and validate the authenticity and legitimacy of documentation supporting each operation to mitigate operational risks.

Required profile

• Graduate or holder of a degree in administrative, financial, economic, or commercial fields.
• Experience in customer‑service or cash‑handling roles is desirable.
• Availability to work flexible schedules.
• Ability to provide personal guarantors: one with a payroll receipt and one with real‑estate ownership.
