About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to attract, evaluate, and onboard key talent for our commercial and operational teams. The position will focus on sourcing sales advisors, real‑estate agents, and operational staff who thrive in a commission‑driven, results‑oriented culture. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that new hires quickly integrate into our training programs and contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and manage job openings on career portals, LinkedIn, social networks, and specialized job boards, ensuring each posting highlights the performance‑based culture.
• Conduct proactive headhunting to identify commission‑based agents with existing client portfolios or experience selling high‑value intangible products such as insurance or automotive services.
• Screen resumes, conduct competency‑based interviews, and administer psychometric assessments that evaluate commercial aptitude, tolerance to frustration, and personal drive.
• Coordinate interview pipelines with Commercial Directors or Office Managers, scheduling and tracking candidate progress through each stage.
• Support onboarding and induction processes, providing initial guidance and facilitating rapid integration into real‑estate training programs.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
