Analista de Hiring Journey (Remote)

About the role

The Hiring Journey Analyst will ensure a smooth, fast, and accurate recruitment experience for both technical and non‑technical candidates. Working remotely, you will be the main point of contact between BairesDev and candidates, guiding them through each stage of the hiring process and helping them succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, keep them engaged, and act as their primary liaison throughout the selection process.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews, preparing candidates and serving as the bridge between them and the client.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, and tests while maintaining candidate interest.
• Collect and accurately convey the full experience of a high volume of candidates to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.
