Human Resources Specialist – Bolivia Market Expansion

About the role

Workistry is expanding its global recruiter network in Bolivia and needs a proactive Human Resources Specialist to lead recruiting operations, build relationships with hiring managers, and grow the recruiter community.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract, and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers onto the Workistry platform.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Bolivia recruiter network.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and matching for partner employers.
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, industry meetups, and professional conferences in Bolivia.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in Bolivia (agency or in‑house).
• Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters in Bolivia.
• Proven track record of successful placements across any industry vertical.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Advanced use of LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Familiarity with networking apps for talent outreach.

What we offer

• Salary range USD $30,000 – $45,000 per year.
