About the role

The Talent Information & Management Analyst will support the company's human‑resources strategy by maintaining accurate employee data, producing analytical reports and dashboards, and providing insights for workforce planning and compensation. The role combines data‑driven analysis with HR system administration to enable informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in the SALAR HR system, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality and availability.
• Develop, analyze and present management indicators (KPIs), dashboards and executive reports using data‑analysis tools.
• Design, automate and continuously improve reporting processes with advanced Excel and other technological solutions.
• Supply data and analytical support for workforce planning, compensation strategies and the Talent Development Model.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development or personnel administration.
• Proven ability to work with confidential data and deliver accurate analytical outputs.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (functions, charts, automation).
• Experience with the SALAR HR management system.
• Use of AI‑enabled tools for data processing and reporting.
• Creation and analysis of KPIs and interactive dashboards.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities.
