About the role

The Employee Experience Analyst will design, implement, and continuously improve initiatives that strengthen the employee journey at BCP. This role focuses on fostering a people‑centric culture and positioning the bank as a benchmark for employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects and initiatives related to onboarding, benefits, training, recognition, and overall employee experience.
• Design and implement continuous improvements in People Strategy processes.
• Participate in cultural transformation and organizational change management projects.
• Coordinate listening sessions and feedback forums across various bank areas.
• Analyze and communicate results from employee satisfaction and experience surveys.
• Research and apply best practices, agile methodologies, and emerging trends in people management.
• Support internal communications and institutional campaign activities.
• Prepare reports, indicators, and presentations to aid decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Post‑graduate studies or specialization in People Management, Organizational Culture, Project Management, or related areas are a plus.
• Proven experience in employee experience, organizational development, internal communication, or people management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and track projects; experience in the financial or banking sector is valued.
