About the role

Join Grupo Q, a leading automotive group in Central America, as a Customer Service Representative. You will provide telephone assistance to customers, schedule and confirm workshop appointments, and follow up after service to ensure high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers requesting service appointments.
• Schedule and confirm workshop visits, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Conduct post‑service follow‑up calls and participate in customer reconquest campaigns.
• Support the post‑sale loyalty program to exceed customer expectations.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent.
• Graduated Automotive Technician or current Business Administration student (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Basic reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
• Completed courses in basic computer use and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure, be proactive, and collaborate in a team.
