Senior Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead short‑ and long‑term talent acquisition projects for a fast‑growing technology services company. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team of top‑tier professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for all company openings.
• Gather detailed information on required profiles and assignments.
• Partner with the recruiting department to identify and source candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and internal leads.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover farming opportunities across accounts.
• Suggest and implement improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Proven analytical ability, extreme attention to detail, and strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Degree in Business, Systems, HR or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in staffing or project management.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Full‑cycle recruitment experience (at least 2 years preferred).
