About the role

We are looking for a proactive Assistant to the Real Estate Manager to support daily property and lease administration. The position is part‑time, on‑site in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, and offers the chance to work closely with experienced professionals in a growing real‑estate company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update property databases and lease documentation.
• Coordinate property viewings and respond to tenant and owner inquiries.
• Assist in preparing reports, advertising listings, and commercial material.
• Support the closing and renewal of rental contracts.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to property management.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of lease contracts and their main clauses.
• Interest or experience in real‑estate market processes (buy, sell, rent).
• Organised, detail‑oriented and strong communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Effective use of email communication.
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms for property listings.
