About the role

The Commercial Executive will drive real‑estate sales by identifying, managing and closing business opportunities. You will build new client portfolios and provide strategic follow‑up using digital tools, ensuring a high‑quality experience and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close commercial opportunities in the real‑estate sector.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Use digital platforms (WhatsApp Business, social media, email) to nurture leads.
• Provide personalized service to prospects and ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Required profile

• Professional training in administration, commerce or related fields.
• Proven sales experience in real‑estate or banking.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation.
• Ability to develop and retain a client portfolio.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing CRM systems and commercial follow‑up.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, social networks, email and other digital communication tools.
