About the role

As a Real Estate Management Assistant at Century 21 BluRealty, you will support daily operations of the property portfolio and assist the management team in coordinating activities. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.

Key responsibilities

• Organize agendas and schedule property visits.
• Prepare documentation, contracts, and related paperwork.
• Follow up with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and updates.
• Maintain and update property databases and office records.
• Provide general administrative support to the office.

Required profile

• Knowledge and experience in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong interpersonal and service‑orientation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Analytical capacity to review property data and basic market information.
• Customer‑service experience or interest.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a team.
• Eagerness to continue learning about the real‑estate industry.
