AI Strategist – Remote (LatAm)

About the role

The AI Strategist will lead end‑to‑end AI programs for retail and consumer‑brand clients across Latin America. Working remotely, you will be the primary contact, guiding discovery, business‑case development, delivery specifications and post‑launch adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Run long‑term AI programs rather than single‑point solutions, overseeing discovery, scoping, delivery and expansion.
• Benchmark client performance, identify gaps, and build business cases that quantify impact, cost and success metrics.
• Produce detailed specifications for engineers and analysts, coordinate concurrent projects and ensure adoption of delivered systems.
• Maintain multiple client accounts simultaneously while preserving quality, trust and margin.

Required profile

• Startup experience (building or operating) with comfort creating playbooks and managing US client relationships remotely.
• Strong client‑facing skills, able to lead executive conversations and steer discussions back to business problems.
• Deep AI expertise, having built AI‑enabled tools, products or workflows and able to demo applied AI case studies.
• Ability to read P&L statements, understand e‑commerce economics and construct financial models.
