Travel Product Development & Partnerships Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Product Development & Partnerships Specialist to join our Operations team. You will work closely with Business Development to create and launch travel products, manage supplier relationships, and develop commercial partnerships for our Batista DMC and Land Airline brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and develop Formula 1 and other event packages, experiences, and group programs, bringing each product to market with suppliers, costs, pricing, margins, and terms.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with hotels, restaurants, event venues, guides, operators, and chauffeur service providers to improve rates, availability, payment terms, and cancellation conditions.
• Identify relevant consortia, travel agency networks, B2B platforms, and portals, assess their requirements and costs, and work with Business Development to activate these channels.

Required profile

• Experience in travel product development and supplier contracting at a DMC, inbound operator, or tour operator.
• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English; professional proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong commercial judgment, ability to work independently, and strong follow‑through.
