About the role
We are looking for a committed and highly organized Sales Coordinator to strengthen our sales team and support commercial strategies. The role involves coordinating site inspections, familiarisation trips and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Support organization and coordination of site inspections and familiarisation trips, ensuring effective communication between clients and internal departments.
- Assist the sales team with receipt, follow‑up and tracking of proposals.
- Maintain and update the customer database, managing leads and business opportunities.
- Assist the events team in coordinating and executing events.
Required profile
- Degree or studies in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish.
