Talent Efficiency Analyst

About the role

As a Talent Efficiency Analyst at BairesDev, you will ensure quality and consistency across Talent Acquisition processes. You will audit candidate calls, screening interviews, and written communications, turning findings into structured feedback that drives improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end quality audits across Talent Acquisition processes, including calls, screenings, emails, and workflows, ensuring adherence to defined standards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns, documenting findings with high accuracy and detail.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.
• Share clear, structured feedback with stakeholders across the organization.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control roles.
• Experience auditing operational processes.
• Proven track record evaluating performance based on defined standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience with quality audit methodologies and KPI evaluation.
