Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Part‑time)

About the role

Medical Departures is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of remote positions. This part‑time, remote role involves sourcing, screening, assessing and recommending candidates for sales, finance, operations and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
• Design screening questions and candidate scorecards.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media and direct outreach.
• Conduct structured interviews, verify achievements, and coordinate assessments.
• Perform reference checks and present evidence‑based hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Zoho Recruit and Google Sheets.
• Track sourcing metrics, conversion rates and communicate recruitment risks early.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on measurable evidence.
