Talent Acquisition Associate (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. In this remote position you will help attract, screen, and engage talent for a variety of technology projects, supporting the company’s growth and client success.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and assess overall fit for open positions.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn or email to confirm interest and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews, send invitations and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Assist interviewers by providing candidate background information and ensuring a smooth interview experience.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidate interactions.
• Interest in working with applicants from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Required skills

• Advanced level of English proficiency.
