About the role

The Operations & Maintenance Supervisor will ensure the operability, availability and reliability of equipment and systems on oil and gas work fronts. The role involves supervising maintenance plans and guaranteeing compliance with client quality standards and company profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance routines to keep assets running.
• Coordinate technical personnel and material resources across projects to meet operator‑defined schedules.
• Ensure adherence to operational and safety procedures during all maneuvers.
• Manage critical spare parts and supplies to minimise equipment downtime.
• Prepare daily and monthly technical reports on fleet/plant performance and certify production volume reports.
• Oversee contractor‑performed services and works, ensuring technical compliance.
• Evaluate equipment condition before and after field mobilization according to manufacturer manuals and applicable standards.
• Verify that every plant or field task has a proper Work Order and technical backup before closure.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Petroleum Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or oilfield operations.
• Accredited courses in asset management, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and defensive driving.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagnose hydraulic/electrical systems.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software.
