We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to build our online authority, trust, and visibility through a professional thought‑leadership storytelling approach. This strategic position focuses on crafting a coherent narrative, amplifying expertise, and enhancing credibility across social platforms and professional networks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars, ensuring narrative consistency.
• Monitor performance with regular SEO and engagement reports, adjusting tactics as needed.
• Create strong, technically accurate captions and schedule posts on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Support CEO LinkedIn thought‑leadership content and internal Instagram posting for employees.
• Track metrics such as engagement, reach, and qualitative feedback, iterating content to maximize visibility and lead conversion.
• Coordinate with design and video teams to align content production and support broader brand‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent storytelling instincts and ability to make complex topics accessible.
• Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
